Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Remove the moisture from the chicken thigh meat and tenderloin with paper towels, blanch in boiling water, and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Briefly blanch the scored tomato in hot water, remove the skin, and dice; halve the cherry tomatoes, keeping their shape.
  3. Peel and dice the onion and potato. Cut off the base of the spinach, wash it clean, and cut into bite-size pieces.
  4. Put the prepared chicken, onion, and potato in a bowl and toss with the gochujang, gochugaru, minced garlic, regular soy sauce, and allulose.
  5. Put it in a hot pan, stir-fry briefly over medium-low heat, then add water and boil. When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and add the spinach to cook in the residual heat.
  6. Put on a plate and serve with boiled spaghetti to finish.
💡 Tip- Tomatoes, spinach, and chicken, rich in potassium, are used to help flush out sodium.
