Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Steam the sweet potato in a steamer, remove the skin, mash it, and mix in the heavy cream and honey.
  2. Finely chop the shrimp, bell peppers, and onion, then stir-fry them in a pan with butter.
  3. Put steps 1 and 2 in a bowl and knead until well combined.
  4. Pinch off bite-size portions of step 3, put mozzarella cheese in the center, and shape into balls.
  5. Coat the croquettes with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, in that order.
  6. Fry the croquettes in 180°C oil.
💡 TipMaking the croquettes with sweet potato and onion gives sweetness without sugar.
