Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Prepare the pork ribs in 4cm lengths, trim off the fat, and soak in cold water to draw out the blood.
- Rub step 1 with coarse salt to tenderize the ribs, then wash off the salt.
- Score the pork ribs, then blanch them in boiling water with the scallion, garlic, and ginger and rinse.
- Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry the blanched ribs, then pour in the seasoning sauce, cover, and stir-fry while slowly cooking.
- When the ribs have absorbed the seasoning, stir-fry over high heat, stirring, until glossy.
- Spread thinly sliced tomato on a plate, place the stir-fried pork ribs on top, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
💡 TipWhen adding the seasoning sauce to cook, it is also good to add various vegetables.
