Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Rinse the konjac noodles, drain them, and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.
  2. Cut the carrot, onion, red chili pepper, and green chili pepper into thin strips and stir-fry them.
  3. Cut the cucumber by rotating it into a long strip, and cut the enoki mushrooms and garlic chives into suitable lengths. Lightly stir-fry each separately and remove from the pan.
  4. Separate the egg into yolk and white, make thin omelet sheets of each, and cut them into thin strips.
  5. Make the sauce in a pan, then stir-fry the konjac noodles in it.
  6. Add (2) to the stir-fried konjac noodles and stir-fry once more, then mix in (3) and place in a bowl. Top with the egg strips and finish with sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.
💡 Tip- Konjac and mushrooms improve the texture, and the sauce uses seasoned soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced green onion to lower the sodium.
