Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Marinate the beef brisket in the meat seasoning.
  2. Wash the bell pepper and onion and julienne them finely, and cut the garlic chives to a similar length.
  3. Clean the sea vegetables and marinate them in the sea vegetable seasoning.
  4. Make the 3 sauces.
  5. Stir-fry the beef brisket in a pan and set aside.
  6. Put the stir-fried beef brisket, sea vegetables, garlic chives, bell pepper and onion on a plate and serve with the three-color sauces to finish.
💡 TipLow-sodium soy sauce is used to reduce sodium intake, and the sea vegetables are soaked thoroughly in water to remove salt.
