Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Julienne the potato and soak it in water to remove the starch; julienne the onion, carrot, and green onion.
- Trim the heads and tails of the soybean sprouts.
- When the water boils, add the trimmed soybean sprouts.
- When the sprouts are cooked, drain in a sieve and rinse in cold water.
- Cut the garlic chives into about 6 cm lengths.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the soybean sprouts and stir-fry briefly, then add the cut vegetables and stir-fry while seasoning with salt, and add the garlic chives at the end.
💡 TipThanks to the aroma of the garlic chives, it tastes good without much salt.
