Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Peel the shrimp, slice them into sheets, and boil until cooked.
- Remove the abalone from the shells with a spoon, wash with salt, and grill in a heated pan.
- Slice the salmon into sheets.
- Mix the mustard powder with water at about 30 C evenly and let it ferment, then add the sugar and vinegar to make the mustard sauce.
- Add the yogurt to the gochujang to make the gochujang sauce.
- Put the cooked shrimp, abalone, and salmon on a plate, top with the mustard sauce and gochujang sauce, and decorate with baby greens.
💡 TipAdding yogurt to gochujang makes the flavor milder and also lowers the sodium.
