Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Lightly blanch the mussels in boiling water, and soak the clams in salted water to purge the grit.
  2. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and slice them, cut the onion into thin strips, and remove the seeds from the red bell pepper and green pepper and cut into thin strips 5-6 cm long.
  3. Remove the vein from the shrimp backs with a toothpick, and cut the squid into thin strips of a size similar to the green pepper.
  4. Boil the spaghetti in boiling water with salt for about 10 minutes, drain, and lightly coat with olive oil.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced garlic first to bring out its aroma.
  6. When the garlic smells fragrant, add the spaghetti and stir-fry, add the curry powder and stir-fry again, then add the prepared seafood and vegetables and stir-fry to finish.
💡 TipWith a variety of seafood, the flavor comes out well without adding sodium, so sodium can be reduced.
