Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Mash the banana and cut the onion, button mushrooms, potato, and basil into small pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  2. Put the prepared banana, onion, button mushrooms, potato, and basil in a bowl and mix in the black bean soy milk, egg, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Sift the almond flour, baking powder, and turmeric powder into a bowl and mix to complete the batter.
  4. Fill a muffin pan about two thirds full with batter and top with 3-4 pieces of the prepared cherry tomatoes.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 20 minutes, then remove.
  6. Garnish with basil to finish.
💡 Tip1 Tomatoes and onion, rich in potassium, are used to help flush out sodium. 2 You may also substitute seasonal vegetables.
