Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Shape the potato oksimi (potato dumpling) dough into round balls half the size of a spoon.
  2. Cook the fried red shrimp in an air fryer preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Add cooking oil to a pan, add the thinly sliced onion, and stir-fry until brown.
  4. Add the cauliflower, french fries, and soaked seaweed and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
  5. Add the curry sauce, water (1/2 cup = 100 g), and potato dumplings and boil for 3 minutes.
  6. Put on a plate and top with the fried red shrimp to finish.
💡 Tip- Potatoes and seaweed are rich in potassium and help flush sodium out of the body.
