Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Sprinkle the pork neck with ginger juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper and let it rest.
- Chop the onion, garlic, and celery into small pieces.
- Mix the chili sauce, ketchup, and grape juice.
- Lightly blanch the broccoli and cut it small, and cut the carrot and red cabbage into thin strips.
- Melt butter in a pot and stir-fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the celery to the stir-fried pot (5), then add the grape juice mixture (3) and vegetables (4) and reduce until a little liquid remains. Lightly butter a pan, and when it is hot, cook the rested pork neck. When the pork is cooked, add it to the reduced sauce and simmer once more to finish.
💡 TipA steak simmered in sauce needs no separate salt, so it can be made with less sodium.
