Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Thinly slice the button mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and tear the baby oyster mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Season the cut pork lightly with black pepper and flour.
  3. Add cooking oil to a heated pan and cook the meat.
  4. Push the meat to one side, add the mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the white wine and water and boil. When reduced by half, remove the meat.
  5. Add butter to the pan to adjust the thickness of the sauce and sprinkle with minced parsley to finish the sauce.
  6. Serve the meat topped with the sauce.
💡 TipButter sold in stores is usually salted butter, but using unsalted butter for low-sodium cooking helps reduce sodium.
