Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut off only the broccoli florets, slice the zucchini and lemon into 4 mm rounds, cut the onion and yellow bell pepper into bite-size pieces, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and trim the stems from the garlic.
  2. Put the lemon juice in a bowl and whisk while pouring in the olive oil little by little.
  3. Mix salt, ground black pepper, and minced onion into the lemon juice-olive oil mixture to make a lemon sauce, then toss the salmon in it and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. On a sheet of parchment paper, lay the zucchini, salmon, lemon, and rosemary in that order, and top with the prepared vegetables.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil (1 tbsp), roll up both ends of the parchment, and poke 2-3 small holes.
  6. When steam rises from a steamer, add the salmon, cover, and cook over high heat for 25 minutes to finish.
💡 Tip- Seasoning with lemon juice reduces the sodium used. - It brings out the natural taste of fruit and vegetables and reduces added sugar.
