Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Finely chop the cocktail shrimp.
  2. Season the ground beef with ground black pepper and sesame oil (3g), then stir-fry it.
  3. Season the glutinous brown rice with sesame oil (4g) and let it cool, then add the shrimp and beef and shape into balls.
  4. Stir-fry the garlic and chili peppers, then add the vinegar, glasswort powder, sugar and water (30g) and reduce to make the sauce.
  5. Knead the flour into a dough, roll it out thin, cut it into triangles, fry them, and drain off the oil.
  6. Place the rice balls on top, add the pineapple, and serve with the sauce to finish.
💡 TipA tangy sauce is used for flavor instead of salt to reduce sodium intake.
