Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Boil the cinnamon powder and jujubes, remove the jujubes, and set the cooking water aside.
- Make the crepe batter by mixing the flour with the jujube and cinnamon cooking water.
- Lightly oil a pan and pour in the batter with a small ladle to make thin crepes (jeonbyeong).
- Separate the egg yolk and white, fry each into a thin sheet (jidan), and julienne.
- Julienne the cucumber, carrot, onion, and shiitake mushroom, lightly salt them, stir-fry in a pan, and set aside.
- Julienne the beef, season with low-sodium soy sauce, and stir-fry; place the stir-fried vegetables and beef on the prepared crepes, roll up, put on a plate, top with pine nuts, and make green tea.
💡 TipGreen tea helps flush out sodium.
