Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Wash the purslane.
- Soak the washed purslane in salted water to cure lightly.
- Rinse the cured purslane and drain in a sieve.
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients to make a seasoning sauce.
- Add the seasoning sauce to the purslane and toss lightly.
- Place in a bowl to finish.
💡 TipYou can make the seasoning sauce ahead and keep it refrigerated, and it also tastes good tossed with garlic chives, crown daisy, or lettuce. - Tender purslane can be seasoned stems and all; if the greens are mature, remove the tough stems and eat only the tender parts.
Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
