Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Blend the soy milk and tofu in a blender with 100g of drinking water.
- Peel the zucchini in a spiral and julienne it, and thinly julienne the onion and the red and green chili peppers.
- Tear the button mushrooms into thin strips and stir-fry.
- Stir-fry the zucchini, carrot, green chili pepper and red chili pepper separately.
- Boil the buckwheat noodles and set aside.
- Put the buckwheat noodles in a bowl, arrange the garnishes on top, and finish by pouring the blended tofu soy milk over them.
💡 TipGarlic oil is used instead of salt to add aroma when stir-frying the vegetables, lowering sodium, and blending soy milk and tofu increases nuttiness for a non-salty cold soybean noodle dish.
Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
