Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Marinate the chicken breast in milk for about 20 minutes.
- Peel the button mushrooms, and chop the onion and cashews separately.
- Season the milk-marinated chicken breast with salt and pepper, coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order, shallow-fry until cooked through, and drain the oil.
- Melt butter in a pan, then add the button mushrooms and onion and stir-fry.
- Add the cream sauce to the stir-fried vegetables and cook gently.
- When the sauce is cooked, add the chopped cashews, heavy cream, and mozzarella cheese at the end and cook once more, then place the baby greens and chicken breast on a plate and serve with the cream sauce.
💡 TipCream chicken made with cream sauce is soft and mild, and the cheese-based sauce lets you use less sodium.
