Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Blanch the chicken in boiling water and tear it by hand, and blanch the oyster mushrooms and tear them by hand as well.
  2. Remove the seeds from the apple and cut it into thin strips about 6 cm long, and cut the cucumber and bell pepper into thin strips of the same length.
  3. Cut the zucchini into half-moons, lightly brine it in vinegar, and stir-fry it, and cut the onion into thin strips and soak briefly in water.
  4. Blend the almonds with the milk.
  5. Mix the oligosaccharide syrup well into the mustard.
  6. Grill the tortilla in a pan without oil, put the chicken, oyster mushrooms, cucumber, apple, bell pepper, and zucchini inside, and roll it up so the filling shows. Mix (4) and (5) to make the sauce to finish.
💡 TipBecause mustard is used as the sauce, no separate sodium is added, which reduces sodium intake.
