Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Cut the chicken into cubes, coat with salt, pepper, and flour, and shake off the excess.
- Chop the garlic, tomato, and onion into small pieces.
- Peel the button mushrooms and chop them.
- Melt butter in a pot and stir-fry the minced garlic and onion.
- Add the flour-coated chicken to the stir-frying pot and lightly stir-fry.
- Add the button mushrooms, chopped tomato, tomato sauce, oligosaccharide syrup, and oyster sauce to (5) and lightly stir-fry, add the broth and boil, then add the milk and gently simmer. Boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes, drain, and put on a plate, pour the boiled sauce over it, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes to finish.
💡 TipPutting fresh tomatoes in the sauce lowered the sodium.
