Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Wash the boneless chicken and chicken bones thoroughly and boil them with water, garlic, scallion, and kelp to make a broth.
  2. When the boneless chicken is cooked, remove it and shred it finely.
  3. Cut the radish into thin square slices, slice the scallion, red chili pepper, and Cheongyang chili pepper diagonally, and mince the onion and garlic.
  4. When the broth has been fully extracted, strain it through a sieve.
  5. Saute the garlic in a pot, add the chicken and stir-fry together, then add the broth and prepared vegetables and simmer thoroughly.
  6. Season with black pepper to finish.
💡 TipA rich broth made with chicken bones and vegetables keeps the sodium content low.
