Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Finely chop the chicken breast and mix it with the tofu.
  2. Julienne the fresh ginseng and bell pepper, and peel the jujube in a spiral.
  3. Spread the chicken breast and tofu mixture thin, place the bell pepper, fresh ginseng and jujube on top, and roll it up in parchment foil so it does not come undone.
  4. Steam in a steamer with rising steam for 20 minutes.
  5. Reduce the blueberry jam and white wine, then add the sugar to make the blueberry sauce.
  6. Slice the steamed rolls 2cm thick, plate them, and serve with the blueberry sauce to finish.
💡 TipThe ingredients are not seasoned with salt, and a sauce made with blueberry jam is served, lowering the sodium content. Blueberries are also rich in potassium, which helps excrete sodium from the body.

Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
