Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Add the broccoli and button mushrooms to the chicken stock and boil.
- Add the heavy cream, blend, and season with the glasswort salt.
- Mix the minced cheongyang chili pepper with butter to make cheongyang chili pepper butter.
- Blend the tomatoes in a blender and mix with the sugar in a pan to make tomato syrup.
- Spread the tomato syrup on the baguette, then spread the cheongyang chili pepper butter on it, and bake in a 140-degree oven for 2 minutes.
- Put the broccoli soup in a bowl and finish by serving with the cheongyang chili pepper butter baguette.
💡 TipChicken stock improves the flavor and its own taste reduces the need for salt. Using low-sodium butter instead of regular butter is even better.
