Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Choose an avocado that is dark and glossy, insert a knife lengthwise, and when the blade touches the pit, turn it all the way around.
  2. Hold both ends of the avocado with both hands and twist to split in half, then pierce the pit with the inner corner of the blade and remove it.
  3. Cut the avocado flesh into 5cm-thick pieces.
  4. Move the frozen crab meat to the refrigerator the night before or thaw at room temperature, then shred finely. Thinly julienne the onion and finely chop the mint.
  5. Mix the wasabi dressing ingredients.
  6. Cut the tofu with a round cutter, add the onion, crab meat, and avocado, top with mint, and drizzle with the dressing.
💡 TipLow-sodium sauce contains little salt, so using it with strongly aromatic spices such as wasabi makes up for the flavor.
