Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Put the broth ingredients and water (400g) in a pot and boil thoroughly.
  2. Finely chop the button mushrooms, lightly stir-fry in butter, remove, and let cool. Chop the chicken thigh, chicken breast and almonds, mix with the stir-fried button mushrooms, shape into rounds, and coat in flour.
  3. Brown the outside in a pan with cooking oil (15g).
  4. Boil the broth (150g), milk and ground perilla seeds to make the sauce, then add the almond chicken balls and broccoli and simmer.
  5. Slice the garlic and fry it crisp in low-temperature cooking oil.
  6. Put the almond chicken balls on a plate and finish with the fried garlic on top.
💡 TipA sauce of milk and perilla seeds is used instead of salt, reducing sodium intake and adding richness and a mild taste.
