Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Add water to the flour to make the sujebi dough.
- Tear off pieces of dough into boiling water to cook, then drain in a sieve.
- Cut the onion into thick strips, slice the garlic, slice the Cheongyang chili pepper on the diagonal, and finely slice the scallion.
- Mix the measured ingredients to make a seasoning sauce.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic, then add the clams and cooking wine and stir-fry.
- Add the onion and Cheongyang chili pepper and stir-fry, then add the seasoning sauce, sujebi, and sesame oil and stir-fry briefly.
💡 TipMaking the sujebi dough, wrapping it in plastic wrap, and resting it for about 30 minutes before use makes it chewier. Making it with leftover sujebi dough reduces food waste and saves time.
