Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Wash the crab clean with a brush and drain, remove the top shell, cut into bite-sized pieces, and lightly season with salt, black pepper, and rice wine.
- Coat with starch and steam in a steamer.
- Thinly slice the garlic and ginger, cut the scallions into 3cm lengths, and slice the dried chili peppers diagonally.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic, ginger, and dried chili peppers.
- When the spicy aroma comes out, add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry briefly, then add the steamed crab and toss and stir-fry so the flavor soaks in.
- Add the scallions at the end and finish with sesame oil for aroma.
