Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Wash the konjac and drain.
- Thinly julienne the apple and lightly soak it in lemon, and lightly soak the minced onion in lemon juice as well.
- Stir-fry the minced onion in butter in a pan, then add the remaining stir-fry ingredients to make the stir-fry seasoning.
- Add the konjac to the stir-fry seasoning and stir-fry until firm and slightly chewy.
- Remove all the moisture from the apple and mix with the sauce ingredients to make a side sauce.
- Put the stir-fried konjac in a bowl and finish by sprinkling with granola.
💡 TipThe distinctive flavors of the ginger and onion in the stir-fry seasoning replace saltiness, and the nutty black sesame, yogurt and sweetness of honey enhance the flavor.
