Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Soak the soy protein meat in water for 15 to 20 minutes, remove all the moisture, then toss with the low-sodium soy sauce seasoning and stir-fry.
  2. Cube the avocado, banana, eggplant and lotus root, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add cooking oil (5g) to a pan and stir-fry the cherry tomatoes, eggplant and lotus root separately, then remove.
  4. Press the dumpling wrappers into a small sieve to form basket shapes and fry them.
  5. Fill the fried dumpling wrapper baskets with the soy protein meat, avocado, banana, cherry tomatoes, eggplant and lotus root, and serve with the herb oil dressing to finish.
💡 TipSoy protein meat, which has less sodium than meat, is used, and fruits such as banana provide sweetness, so no separate salting is needed, reducing sodium intake.
