Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut off the shrimp tails and remove the innards.
  2. Sprinkle the steak beef with salt and rosemary and lightly sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Grill the asparagus in a pan without oil.
  4. Cut the king oyster mushrooms and eggplant lengthwise and lightly grill them in a pan without oil, together with the broccoli.
  5. Add a little butter to a pan and grill the shrimp, then grill the steak and put them on a plate.
  6. Boil the wine and sugar in a pan, add the finely chopped carrot, onion, tomato, garlic, and green onion and boil as if stir-frying, then add the balsamic sauce and reduce once more. Pour the sauce over the steak and serve with the broccoli, king oyster mushrooms, eggplant, and asparagus to finish.
💡 TipA sauce made with the flavor of wine and assorted vegetables reduces sodium, and the potassium in asparagus helps flush sodium out of the body.
