Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Remove the innards from the shrimp, peel the squid and score the inside, then lightly blanch the prepared shrimp, squid, and clam meat.
  2. Cut the cabbage and bell pepper into long pieces and cut the carrot and onion into thin strips.
  3. Mix the oyster sauce and chili sauce to make the sauce.
  4. Blanch the udon noodles once in boiling water.
  5. Melt butter in a pan, stir-fry the seafood first, and add the prepared sauce.
  6. Add the vegetables to (5) and lightly stir-fry, add the blanched udon, stir-fry once more, put on a plate, and top with the bonito flakes to finish.
💡 TipSeasoning with the seafood gives the dish flavor and richness without any extra seasoning.
