Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Peel the shrimp and mince them.
  2. Slice the squid and mince it.
  3. Mince the onion, celery, and garlic, stir-fry in a pan, and let cool.
  4. Peel the tomato and mince it.
  5. Stir-fry the minced tomato in a pan, add the minced shrimp, squid, and rice and stir-fry, then add the mixture from step 3, stir-fry, and shape into balls.
  6. Coat the rice balls with egg yolk mixed with lemon, then roll in breadcrumbs; cook in an oiled pan, rolling them around, place on a plate, and top with baby greens.
💡 TipShrimp and squid give good savory flavor, so you can make this fried rice without any salt.
