Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Blanch the shrimp in boiling water, cool in cold water, and peel.
  2. Thinly julienne the red bell pepper, trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, trim the heads and tails of the bean sprouts, blanch in boiling water, cool in cold water, and drain, and julienne the lettuce.
  3. Soak the rice noodles in water, blanch in boiling water, cool in cold water, and remove the moisture.
  4. Dip the rice paper in warm water, remove it, place on a cotton cloth, lightly remove the moisture, place steps 1, 2, and 3 on it, and roll carefully.
  5. Mince the garlic and finely chop the onion, red chili pepper, and green chili pepper to 0.3mm.
  6. Heat chili oil in a pan, stir-fry the minced garlic, add the onion, then add the green and red chili peppers and stir-fry lightly, then add water, vinegar, and sugar and adjust the thickness with the starch slurry.
💡 TipPreparing all the ingredients and letting the children roll the rolls themselves is also a fun way to do it.
