- Season the ground pork (300 g), then add ice water (1/4 cup) and knead until sticky to make the sausage mixture.
- Add the seasonings and ice water (1/4 cup) to the remaining ground pork (300 g), mix, and knead to make a second sausage mixture.
- Put each of the two sausage mixtures into a piping bag and age in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Lightly wet both sides of the rice paper, pipe on the sausage mixture evenly, and roll it up to make a sausage.
- Heat a pan over low heat with cooking oil, and cook the sausages for 5 minutes, turning them to cook evenly.
- Turn up to high heat and cook for 1 more minute to finish.
💡 Tip- Low-sodium soy sauce, mushroom powder, and spices make up for the saltiness. - Stevia reduces added sugar.
