Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Brine the napa cabbage in salted water for a day and drain, and extract the juice from the pomegranate.
  2. Julienne the radish, and cut the thin green onion and water dropwort into 4cm pieces.
  3. Mix the julienned radish, water dropwort, thin green onion, minced garlic, minced ginger and salted shrimp brine to make the filling, then place the filling in the salted cabbage and wrap it closed. Finish by soaking the stuffed cabbage in the pomegranate juice.
💡 TipThe cabbage is salted with a minimum of salt, and pomegranate juice adds a sour taste and aroma. Pomegranate, rich in minerals and calcium, is said to be helpful for women's health issues.
