Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Chop the pine nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Add low-sodium salt and vinegar to boiling water, cook the thin wheat noodles, then drain in a sieve.
  3. Blend the pomegranate with 600g of water in a blender and strain through a sieve to make juice. Put the noodles in a bowl, pour in the chilled pomegranate juice, and top with the nuts and julienned cucumber as garnish.
💡 TipNuts are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which improve blood flow in conditions such as hyperlipidemia and are good for preventing adult diseases. The sweet-and-sour taste of pomegranate replaces saltiness, and roasted nuts add nutty flavor and richness.
