Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut the onion, the 2 colors of bell pepper, and the green chili pepper into small cubes.
  2. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle lightly with lemon salt.
  3. Beat the eggs and make scrambled eggs in a pan.
  4. Mince the garlic and stir-fry the cocktail shrimp in garlic oil.
  5. Add the cut vegetables to the stir-fried shrimp and stir-fry again.
  6. Add the rice and stir-fry, then add the pineapple, seasoned soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds and stir-fry.
💡 TipLightly sprinkling lemon salt on the pineapple heightens its sweetness and makes it chewier. Adding fruit-based seasoned soy sauce only at the end boosts the flavor, which lowers the sodium.
