Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Finely mince the basil, onion, broccoli, and carrot.
- Grind the beef and pork finely.
- Mix the beef and pork from step 2 at a 1:1 ratio and mix with step 1, the egg, ketchup, black pepper, and breadcrumbs to make patties.
- Spread butter on the cut side of the mini burger buns and toast lightly in a pan.
- Cook the patties from step 3 in a pan until browned.
- Spread mayonnaise on step 4, layer lettuce, patty, ketchup, tomato, and lettuce in that order, and cover with a bun spread with mayonnaise.
💡 TipStir-frying the onion in a dry pan without oil removes the moisture and sharpness, so onion for hamburgers is sometimes stir-fried before using.
Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
