Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Cut the smoked salmon into long strips.
- Julienne the avocado lengthwise.
- Julienne the onion, carrot, and king oyster mushroom lengthwise as well.
- Boil the potato and press it through a sieve, mix well with the salt and sour cream, and put it into a mold.
- Stir-fry the onion, carrot, and king oyster mushroom separately in a pan.
- Mix the sour cream and lemon juice to make a sauce; roll the prepared vegetables in the smoked salmon, cut into bite-size pieces, place on a plate, put the potato on one side, and top with the sour sauce.
💡 TipThe soft mashed potato made by mixing potato with sour cream reduces the saltiness of the smoked salmon.
