Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Add water to the beef to make a broth, then season it with the natural seasoning.
  2. Finely chop the beef and stir-fry it.
  3. Boil the potato and pass it through a sieve.
  4. Beat the eggs, mix in the chopped beef, imitation crab sticks and water, and steam in a steamer.
  5. Blanch the garlic chives and broccoli in hot water and cut into bite-size pieces, and cut the cherry tomatoes and mini bell peppers into bite-size pieces too.
  6. Make a dressing with the plum syrup, olive oil and black pepper, toss with the prepared vegetables, and put in a bowl.
💡 TipThe savory flavor of a natural seasoning made with anchovy powder, shrimp powder and glasswort powder replaces saltiness.
