Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Soak the radish greens in cold water to remove any off smell.
  2. Squeeze the moisture out of the radish greens.
  3. Finely chop the drained radish greens into suitable sizes.
  4. Add the doenjang, minced garlic, and ginger juice to the radish greens and toss gently.
  5. Heat grapeseed oil in a pan and stir-fry the seasoned radish greens.
  6. Add the rice and stir-fry together, then add the cream and butter and stir-fry a little longer so the flavors come together to finish.
💡 TipMilk can be used instead of cream and still tastes good. - Using cold rice and leftover siraegi namul saves time and fuel.
