Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Remove the scales and innards of the cod, and wash it under running water to remove the fishy smell.
  2. Cut the water dropwort into 6cm lengths, slice the cheongyang chili pepper and red chili pepper on the diagonal, and wash the soybean sprouts and crown daisy.
  3. Mix the mugwort powder and flour, add water (15g) little by little and knead until smooth, then rest the dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Put the broth ingredients in a pot and boil for 10 minutes to make the broth.
  5. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and when the aroma comes out, add the cod. When the cod is somewhat cooked, add the soybean sprouts, and when it boils, tear off pieces of the sujebi dough and drop them in.
  6. Add the cheongyang chili pepper and red chili pepper and boil a little longer, then top with the water dropwort and crown daisy and turn off the heat immediately to finish.
💡 TipMugwort, rich in potassium, is added to help excrete sodium.
