Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Blanch the chicken breast and shred it thinly.
  2. Fry the egg as separate white and yolk sheets (hwangbaek jidan) and cut into diamond shapes.
  3. Cut the cucumber, green bell pepper and bell pepper into diamonds as well.
  4. Lightly blanch the spinach, squeeze out the moisture, and cut into bite-size pieces.
  5. Blend the sauce ingredients in a blender to make the sauce.
  6. Cut the jujube by peeling it in a spiral, mix all the prepared ingredients to make the salad, and finish with the julienned jujube on top.
💡 TipPine nuts in the sauce add nuttiness, and a sauce made with sesame seeds and prepared mustard makes a nutty salad sauce that is not salty.
