Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- In a frying pan, lightly stir-fry the soaked oats, sliced almonds, and pecans.
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, chlorella powder, and allulose, then add the coconut milk and almond milk and mix evenly.
- Add the stir-fried oats, sliced almonds, and pecans, the shredded jujubes, cacao nibs, and dried cranberries and mix to make the crunch topping.
- Put the cacao mass and dark chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20-25 seconds.
- Line a pan with parchment paper, add the crunch topping and spread it flat, then coat it with the melted chocolate.
- Freeze for 20 minutes to set, then cut into bite-size pieces to finish.
💡 TipThe nutty, deep flavor of nuts makes up for the mild taste, and sodium and sugars are reduced.
