Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, ginger juice, and sake, then lightly brush with milk and let it rest.
  2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise with the skin on.
  3. Cut the tomato in half and slice it.
  4. Wrap the tofu in cheesecloth and squeeze out all the moisture.
  5. Mix the black sesame seeds evenly into the drained tofu, put it in a pot with the milk, and gently boil to make the filling.
  6. Grill the tomato first in a pan and put it on a plate, grill the rested chicken and place it on top, form a cylinder shape with the cucumber on top, and place the grilled chicken on again to finish.
💡 TipUsing the mild, nutty taste of tofu, you can make a nutritious and tasty steak.
