Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Finely mince the onion and slice the button mushrooms to 0.5cm.
- Melt the butter in a pan, stir-fry the onion, then add the button mushrooms and stir-fry.
- Season with cream, salt, and pepper, and when the mushrooms release water, add breadcrumbs to thicken, then transfer to a dish and let cool.
- Finely mince the chives, oregano, basil, and parsley.
- Put the ground chicken with steps 3 and 4 in a bowl, mix and knead until sticky, and shape into rounds about 10cm in diameter or rugby ball shapes.
- Oil a pan and cook the chicken steak, or brown it in the pan and finish cooking in the oven.
💡 TipIt can be used just as a steak or as a hamburger patty.
