Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Finely chop the chicken breast.
  2. Julienne the carrot and pickle it in the sweet vinegar for about 5 minutes. Blanch the spinach and remove the moisture. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms, finely julienne them, and toss with the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Place the chopped chicken breast on parchment foil, top with the spinach, carrot, shiitake mushrooms and nuts, and roll it up.
  4. Put it in a steamer with rising steam and steam for 25 minutes.
  5. Make the mustard sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken breast rolls with the mustard sauce to finish.
💡 TipThe ingredients are not seasoned separately, and a nut sauce made with vinegar and mustard is served alongside to reduce sodium intake.
