Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Boil the chicken boiling ingredients in water (100g), then add the chicken breast and cook it, and cut it into bite-size pieces.
  2. Finely julienne the cabbage and cut the cheongpomuk into bite-size pieces.
  3. Blanch the mung bean sprouts in boiling water and drain.
  4. Make the bibim sauce.
  5. Add water to the rice and cook it.
  6. Arrange the chicken breast, cabbage, cheongpomuk, mung bean sprouts, egg sheet strips and radish sprouts over the rice to finish.
💡 TipThe chicken breast is boiled to remove salt, and the cheongpomuk is not seasoned separately but served with a sauce made with low-sodium soy sauce to reduce sodium intake.
