Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Flatten the chicken once, sprinkle with pepper, and cut into squares.
  2. Lightly blanch the broccoli and cut it, and peel the button mushrooms and cut thickly.
  3. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and tomato and cut into squares, and cut the carrot, onion, and shiitake mushrooms into squares as well.
  4. Boil the spaghetti in boiling water with salt for about 10 minutes, drain, and lightly coat with olive oil.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken first.
  6. Add the prepared vegetables (2, 3) to the chicken (5) and lightly stir-fry, add the tomato paste and stir-fry again, then add the broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, and heavy cream and boil. Add the cooked spaghetti (4), boil once more, and finish.
💡 TipSpaghetti made with lots of vegetables and tomatoes lowers the salt while keeping the texture.
