Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cube the sweet potato, carrot, onion and bell pepper, quarter the button mushrooms, and cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces.
  2. Coat the flounder in flour and beaten egg and fry it crisp in a pan with butter.
  3. Heat a pan with cooking oil over low heat, stir-fry the minced garlic, then add the tomato paste and stir-fry.
  4. Add the carrot, onion and sweet potato and stir-fry, then add the broccoli, chicken stock, curry powder and turmeric powder, mix well and boil.
  5. Add the coconut milk, heavy cream, bell pepper and button mushrooms and boil a little longer.
  6. Add the fried flounder and cheongyang chili pepper and simmer to finish.
💡 TipInstead of using a lot of curry to cut sodium, coconut milk and heavy cream add a smooth flavor.
